Pam Berry taught for several years before joining the Pinelands North Primary School staff to teach grade 1. She then joined Red Roots at its inception in 2017, starting as the school's first headteacher.
Lisa Johnson started at Pinelands North 15 years ago and joined the Red Roots team at its inception too.
Julia White-Phillips interned at Pinelands North for 8 years in both the senior and junior parts of the school. She spent 4 years working at Red Roots as an intern before qualifying as a Foundation Phase Teacher. Julia started teaching at Red Roots in January 2023.
Our support staff includes three teacher interns, all specially selected for their homely caring attitudes. This means that your children have the support of six members of staff during the day, and then seven more staff, should they remain at aftercare in the afternoons.
All staff have on-going local and international training to ensure that they remain ahead of the game. Innovative practices are encouraged and shared with other local pre-schools to ensure that we remain at the cutting edge of education.
